At Tessier we are proud of our show record. In 30 years we have completed the championship of over 100 homebred Silkys. For the last 15 years we have partnered with Karen Huey at Wyntuk (formerly Carwyn) and are thrilled with the georgous bloodlines and training expertise she has brought to the kennel.<\/p>\n

We have had nationally ranked champions, multiple National Winners,\u00a02 World Champions and a Junior World Champion.<\/p>\n

In 2015 we took Best Puppy and Best in Sweepstakes at our National show and completed the championship of seven dogs. Check some of them out below.<\/p>\n

Showing allows us to make sure that we are producing a superior dog that looks and acts like the breed, and besides, it’s just plain fun. Even if you have no plans to show your own dog the advantages of buying from our kennel:<\/p>\n

  1. Our goal is a quality well socialized adult not just cute puppies.<\/li>\n
  2. We do all the recommended tests for our breeding dogs because we want a strong blood line that produces\u00a0healthy dogs for generations to come.<\/li>\n
  3. We have to have well trained and socialized adults for the show ring \u00a0— it is to our own advantage to train your puppy well too.<\/li>\n
  4. As a long time show kennel we stand behind our dogs and are willing to give you training advice for the life of your dog.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
